
Holistic refresh of Vans' design and content strategy, with Owned asset production, for Vans. As a designer on the workstream, I built a successful production workflow in Figma while constantly adapting to shifting stakeholder needs, delivering over 1000 final assets for Vans' site launch. In addition to applying content strategy and executing large scale asset production and delivery, I onboarded freelancers to our process and created a production toolkit on our process for Vans and future designers.
