Design, production, and delivery of email, MMS, and dotcom assets for Fender CRM. As a designer on the workstream, I built and designed dozens of emails for various levels of campaigns in seven languages under tight timelines, managing several sends simultaneously. In addition to design work, I established creative libraries, refined internal organization and design language, and implemented delivery automation to simplify workflows.

Briefs were provided by Fender outlining design goals and needs. After gathering inspiration and building assets, we'd refine the content together before delivery. For delivery, we'd prepare and slice assets in Figma and upload for staging.
